Getting Started
You will be sent all paperwork to complete remotely through your Simple Practice portal when you schedule an intake appointment. All paperwork must be completed before your first session.

Please note that this will apply to you, because all clinicians at Thriving Child Center are out-of-network providers with insurance, meaning that we bill you directly for services and do not participate in insurance panels.
